About Shipping
We will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it.
It will be delivered by Japan Post.
Please note that if there is a large number of orders or during long holidays, it may take some time to ship your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status by clicking the tracking number link in the email.
We do not ship overseas.
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee is 950 yen nationwide.
If the total product price of a single order is 30,000 yen or more ( tax included ) , shipping is free.
About gift wrapping
After adding the product to your cart, check the box for "Add gift packaging" on the cart page and we will deliver the product in an original box.
If you purchase multiple items, they will be shipped together in one box. If you would like them individually packed, please select the number of boxes you require and write your details in the comments section.
If it is difficult to pack all items into the box, we may contact you regarding wrapping methods. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have any requests, such as including a receipt, please write them in the comments section on the cart page.
Returns and Exchanges
< In case of customer convenience >
We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons ( size does not fit, different from the image, wrong order, etc. ) . We cannot accept refunds for returns without contacting us, or for returns or cancellations due to refusal to receive the product. Please note.
Due to the nature of viewing on a PC or mobile device, the product images may differ slightly from the actual color. When placing an order, please carefully check the product page. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us in advance via the inquiry page .
< In the case of a defect on our part >
We do our utmost to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but if the delivered product is defective, or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if you wish to return or exchange the product for reasons attributable to us, we will provide a full refund or exchange for the same product. We will also cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Please contact us via the inquiry page within 5 days of receiving the product.

The conditions for return and exchange are as follows:
・Within 5 days of receiving the product
・Unused, unwashed
- All accessories such as delivery note, tags, inner paper, etc. are included
(Please note that we cannot accept returns if tags or other items have been removed from the product.)
The product does not have an odor

About receipts
